
3/4 c olive oil
1/2 c molasses
1 c honey
1/2 c buttermilk
2 eggs
3 1/2 c flour
1/2 c flax seed meal
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 c raisins/ craisins
Cream wet ingredients. Add dry and mix. If it seems a little too wet, then add a little flour/ or too dry then add a little buttermilk. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake 375* for 10-12 mins.
We loved them!!! Definitely healthy!!
